Nature to people is close to the language of ecosystem services, a framework used across conservation science and environmental economics to describe what natural systems actually provide. Organisations working in that area are research centres and NGOs, and they use this extension.
Need to policy describes advocacy work: taking an identified problem and turning it into legislation or funding. That’s what a great many nonprofits exist to do.
The X-to-Y construction supplies the grammar that makes three letters memorable. A reader given a relationship completes it themselves; a reader given three arbitrary letters has to memorise them. That difference shows up every time someone tries to repeat the name from memory.
