Syndicator has two strong meanings and both point at businesses with money in them.
In media it’s the company that licenses content to multiple outlets: columns, comics, wire stories, television formats. Syndication is how a great deal of content actually reaches audiences, and the model has adapted to newsletters, podcasts, and video without much trouble.
In finance and real estate it’s the party assembling investors into a deal. Real estate syndication in particular has grown substantially as a retail-accessible asset class, with platforms, sponsors, and a whole compliance apparatus around it.
The name fits either: a content licensing platform, a distribution service, a real estate investment platform, or a directory of sponsors and deals. The .net reads as a network, which is literally what a syndicator operates.
One word, agent noun, no plural problem, and it names a role rather than a product, which means the name survives changes in what the business actually sells.
Offers welcome.
